TPC The Payroll Company HR Consultants
When I founded TPC The Payroll Company in 2000, I had one goal: to bring the human back into human resources.
After nearly a decade at Paychex, I saw a pattern that couldn’t be ignored. Businesses were constantly switching from one national payroll provider to another, hoping for better service — only to be disappointed time and again. Too many providers treated clients like numbers, when behind every paycheck is a person, and behind every business is a story worth supporting. The systems were rigid. The support was impersonal. The human side of business was missing.
So, I built TPC with empathy at its core. We combined the reliability and technology of a national firm with the care, responsiveness, and personalized attention that businesses with 20–200 employees (our sweet spot) truly deserve, where relationships matter and customized support makes a measurable difference.
What began as a local payroll company has grown into Nevada’s largest privately held HCM consulting firm, providing integrated payroll processing, HR consulting, compliance support, benefits administration, and workforce management solutions serving clients in all 50 states and helping to pay over 28,000 employees nationwide.
Yet growth has never changed our philosophy. Every relationship still matters. Every detail still counts. And every client still receives the personal service that inspired TPC from the very beginning.
Beyond the business, I am passionate about empowering people, especially young women and girls, to rise above adversity and discover their strength. In 2015, I founded the B.E. A. S.H.E.R.O. Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring and supporting the lives of girls and women affected by human trafficking, abuse, and neglect.
I also co-founded Miles 2 Go Vegas, a grassroots initiative focused on promoting dignity, compassion, and community action for all.
These causes are deeply personal to me. They are constant reminders that every business and every leader has the power to make the world a little more compassionate, one decision at a time.
Over the years, I have been humbled to be recognized by the FBI, the U.S. Small Business Administration, Inc. Magazine, and Forbes. I am also honored to be a recipient of Nevada’s Silver State Humanitarian Award for leadership in business and advocacy within the community. But the greatest reward remains seeing people and businesses thrive because that is what purpose looks like in action.
